Lukas Samuels

Lukas Samuels is the Founder and Managing Broker of Allure Real Estate, a premier, client-centric South Florida-based real estate brokerage. Allure offers highly personalized, white-glove service to clients while encompassing an extensive repertoire of services beyond just listing, buying, and leasing. Mr. Samuels is responsible for overseeing the development of the organization’s long and short-term goals, developing and upholding the company’s culture, mission and vision, driving human and AI maximization, innovative sales execution and above all, exceptional results. 

Mr. Samuels is the Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Perfecto Capital, a national private lending firm specializing in loan that range from light renovation to ground up construction, bridge loans and even 30 year DSCR investment loans. From day 1, the company has been client focused and the results have been exceptional as Mr. Samuels personally oversaw the growth of assets under management by 3500% in 11 years. Perfecto has been on the Inc Magazine’s Fastest Growing Private Companies regional list in 2022 and 2023.  

Mr. Samuels and his wife Patricia own a Rental Holdings Portfolio in Palm Beach County adding to the tireless work and community involvement.

In addition, Mr. Samuels currently has investments throughout the country including apartment complexes, storage units, fix n flips as well as million-dollar ground-up construction projects, and he uses all of that knowledge and experience to provide a deeper level of service to his clients. 

Lukas is well known for his hands-on leadership, outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, expert negotiating skills, strategic planning, high-tech marketing techniques, and for working tirelessly on behalf of everyone who comes to Allure Real Estate.

As an active member of the Florida real estate community, Mr. Samuels is actively engaged through a variety of organizations with other real estate professionals, attorneys, financial institutions, city officials and investors.

Mr. Samuels and his wife are active in the community, raising funds for several organizations, including St Jude’s Children Hospital, WWF (World Wildlife Fund), Feeding America, The Nature Conservancy, Aerial Recovery, The Humane Society, Boys & Girls Club, and Impact100Men among others.

Mr. Samuels earned his bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Youngstown State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University Scholars and Honors Program. Mr. Samuels had the opportunity to study at other universities, which include; Harvard, Oxford, and the London School of Economics.
